If the proposed mega-fight between top pound-for-pound contenders Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather, tentatively scheduled for March 13, falls through, WBA light middleweight champion Yuri Foreman (28-0, 8 KOs) could fight Pacquiao.
Pacquiao (50-3-2, 38 KOs) is the lineal junior welterweight champion as well as the WBO welterweight champion. Were he to fight Foreman, Pacquiao would vie for a major world championship in his eighth weight division.
